UnmeteredCloud.com provides hosting services, including shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting. These services may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.

3. Account Terms

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activities under your account. UnmeteredCloud.com will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  3. Contact Information: You must provide a valid email address and other requested information to maintain your account. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UnmeteredCloud.com’s services only for lawful purposes and according to these ToS and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Unauthorized Usage: Running any form of IRC software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
  2. Resource Abuse: You may not use excessive resources in a way that disrupts UnmeteredCloud.com’s servers or other clients.
  3. Illegal Content: Hosting content related to illegal activities, including copyrighted material without authorization, is prohibited.
  4. Spam: Using our servers for spamming or unsolicited emails is strictly forbidden.

5. Unmetered Policy

UnmeteredCloud.com offers unmetered services, meaning we do not set arbitrary limits on data usage for normal activities. However, this does not mean “unlimited” usage. To ensure fair use and consistent service for all customers, we monitor and control resources according to our Fair Use Policy. Accounts using excessive resources may be subject to restrictions, limitations, or additional charges as specified in this policy.

6. Billing and Payment

  1. Fees: Fees for our services are outlined at the time of purchase and may vary based on the service plan.
  2. Payment: Payments are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
  3. Refunds: Our services are offered on a prepaid basis, and refunds will be granted based on our refund policy outlined in Section 8 below.

7. Service Suspension and Termination

UnmeteredCloud.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these ToS or for any other reason. Notice will be provided when possible. No refunds will be given for accounts terminated due to ToS violations.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a [7-day] money-back guarantee for shared hosting services. No refunds are offered for dedicated server plans or custom solutions. Refund requests must be made within the guarantee period.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

UnmeteredCloud.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The service is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Changes to the Terms

UnmeteredCloud.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
